Capped Facade System

The characteristic feature of this system, also known as capped facade systems, is that aluminium profiles are visible from the outside of the facade. Covered curtain wall systems are in the form of completing the assembly process by placing the glass placed on the aluminium lower carcasses whose adjustment is finished, firstly by screwing the pressure profiles into the appropriate slots and after the sealing is ensured, the cover profile of the desired cross-section is placed in the slot and the assembly process is completed.

The grid system that will form the curtain wall is prepared by connecting horizontal carrier profiles between the vertical carriers hung in order on the facade to be clad. After placing the glass or the material that will cover the gap on the curtain wall system whose grid system is formed, the pressure covers holding the glass are connected to the vertical and horizontal profiles by screwing and the application is completed by attaching the closing covers.
