Mesh Facade Cladding Systems

Mesh coating is made of aluminium or stainless steel plate as material. Pore sizes are directly proportional to the wall thickness of the plate. The larger the pore desired, the thicker the cross-section should be used to increase the resistance in the plate. In general, pore spaces of 6 cm width and 2.5 cm height are preferred. The preferred wall thickness for this pore space should be at least 2.5 mm.

Mesh coverings are placed in the aluminium frame and assembled or the back construction can be formed and assembled from the pore spaces. Expanded metal products are resistant to the external environment and are an excellent facade cladding material. It represents an important decorative value in facade cladding.
